MEET DR. ROSENBAUM
Elliott B. Rosenbaum, Psy.D., ABPP Board Certified Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Elliott B. Rosenbaum is a board-certified clinical psychologist based in Jacksonville, Florida, with extensive experience in both clinical care and leadership. He previously served as Chief of Mental Health at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, where he led a multidisciplinary team and oversaw services for more than 50,000 active-duty service members and their families.
Dr. Rosenbaum trained at Johns Hopkins University and The George Washington University, completing his internship at Bethesda Naval Hospital. He is recognized for his expertise in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and continues to serve as a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Naval Reserves as a reservist clinical psychologist.
He is currently in private practice, providing psychological services with a focus on evidence-based care and specializes in forensic mental health evaluations.
He is the founder and director of the American School of Professional Coaching (ASPC).
